RENTAL AGREEMENT
Reservations: Your online payment reserves your booking. No further fees are required unless the tent sustains damages or requires cleaning after your event.

Damage Fee: If there are any damages to the tent (i.e., tears, punctures, etc.), we require an additional $100 fee.

Delivery/Pick Up: All rentals will typically be delivered 3-5 hours before your event time, unless specified. All rentals will be picked up within an hour of your event end time. An additional $25/hour will be charged for pick up times after 10PM.

Cancellations: All bookings can be cancelled and fully refunded between time of booking and 48 hours prior to your rental time. A refund is forfeited in the event of cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event.
Tents: All tents are subject to wind hazards despite the precautions taken to prevent any sort of incident. While Canvas + Canyon staff will do everything we can to make sure your tent is secure before your event, it is your responsibility to secure items in windy conditions where a possible threat of damage may occur and evacuate the premise if threat is imminent. Once secured, all tents may not be moved or removed from the location in which it was placed by the Canvas + Canyon staff, nor shall you alter or modify the form in which the equipment was secured. Tents are only to be set up or taken down by Canvas + Canyon staff except in the rare instance of an emergency. Doing so violates the terms and conditions of this agreement and any damage or injury as a result shall be your responsibility.
TERMS
Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Event Rental, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Canvas + Canyon, their employees and volunteers (collectively “Company”) from any and all claims, including claims of the Company’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Event Rental, travel to and from the event rental, or any events incidental to this Event Rental.
Hold Harmless Clause: I agree to hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this Event Rental, including travel to and from the Event Rental or any events incidental to this Event Rental. If the Company incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse the Company.
Understanding and Acknowledgement Clause: I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing the Company from all liability, (b) waiving my right to sue the Company, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this Event Rental, including travel to and from the Event Rental or any events incidental to this Event Rental.
